Just Local Foods
...just fresh, just delicious, just local
Just Local sources products from many small organic farms, consolidating supply and efficiently meeting the needs of diverse vendors. With six years of experience marketing and shipping locally produced food, Just Local is uniquely positioned to serve the needs of retailers and maximize quality. In contrast to products grown on a large scale and shipped great distances, Just Local sources from farms between Minneapolis and Chicago, guaranteeing the freshest produce available. Shorter and more frequent harvests, less packing and shipping time results in a more delicious product with a longer shelf life! Just Local’s products are easily traced to the farm they came from. Just Local is GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) certified and all of our products are certified organic. Our commitment to food safety and quality has top priority!
LuSa Organics
...elevate your everyday
LuSa Organics began its journey as Queen Bee's Earthly Delights in 1997. Our business (then an oversized hobby) was threatening to take over our home and our life while I worked full time as an environmental educator and my husband Pete as a solar system electrician. Queen Bee Soaps became a full-fledged business when our first baby (son Sage) was born in 2002. We stayed intentionally small for four years while we prioritized our growing family over our growing business.
In 2006, when our second babe (daughter Lupine) was on her way, we made the plunge into Queen Bee in a big way. Pete quit his job to join us full time, and now we're rumored to be the best-smelling family in the neighborhood. We changed our name to LuSa Organics in 2008 to combine our baby and body care products under a single cohesive line. At the same time, we took our products to a new level with organic ingredients. Organic is how we eat, how we live, and now how we run our business. As for our name, LuSa stands for Lupine and Sage, our two favorite small people. Our business orbits their lives as we live, work, play, and unschool together each day. Our intention is to leave the world a better, happier, and yes, cleaner, place for our work, so LuSa is inspired by all kids, not just ours.
LuSa Organics and the Wolf clan are based in Viroqua, Wisconsin — arguably the most magical small town on earth.

Fifth Season Cooperative
...working together to build our regional food system
Our multi-stakeholder organization, a unique structure in the United States, includes six member classes that span the entire supply chain at the local level. Producers, producer groups, processors, distributors, buyers, and workers all sit at the same table and make decisions together that are best for the community, the environment, and their businesses.
The motivations behind this organizational structure are to keep local dollars circulating in the community and to develop long-term relationships between growers and buyers that lead to fair pricing and fair treatment of all members of the supply chain.
Our mission is to produce, process and market healthy, local foods in our region by supporting the values of environmental, social and economic fairness for all.

RidgeTop Foods
...bringing the flavors of the Driftless to your table
Ridge Top Foods is a brand new business just putting it roots down in the Food Enterprise Center. The business will produce retail products from recipes created from folks in the Driftless Region. Ridge Top will give individuals the ability to turn their recipes into retail ready products with no financial risk to the recipe owner. The owner of the recipe will only need the recipe itself in order to have a product made, labeled, and sold. The owner will not need to worry about licenses, labels, liability, marketing, distribution or any other hurdles that prevent them from taking their great recipe to market. In return the individual will receive a percent of the profit and will be identified on the label of their product. Our mission is to produce unique retail products from recipes created in the Driftless Region.
