Wisco Pop! Is a new beverage on the market with a twist. Our hand crafted soda sources local sweeteners like honey, and maple syrup. Wisco Pop is committed to using only spices, herbs, and roots for it's flavorings- no preservatives and no extracts. For example our version of the classic "root beer" is called Root Brew, sweetened with honey and infused with anise, wintergreen, licorice, vanilla beans, cloves, and angelica. We also created a Ginger Ale using refreshing citrus with a floral aroma and a crisp bite! We provide an opportunity for restaurants to join in on this locally sweetened beverage with no preservatives!

We are a family-scale enterprise situated near the scenic Kickapoo River in the Driftless region of southwest Wisconsin. The foundation of our business is our shared values: connection to the land, consideration for our local and global community, and commitment to our families and those of our trading partners. In our search for the perfect roast, we team up with small-scale farmers who share our vision for quality. As these partnerships deepen over time, our farmer partners earn additional income while our coffees get sweeter and more delicious.
